Questions traders ask

How much does it cost?

Scope-dependent, so we quote each business individually. UK virtual assistants typically run £25 to £40 an hour and dedicated trade-focused retainers tend to land in the £400 to £900 a month range. Tell us your call volume and the tasks you want covered and we will price it honestly.

Do I need a CMA subscription?

Yes. The whole point is that the assistant works inside your CMA, so the work shows up in your dashboard rather than in a separate inbox. If you are on the 14-day trial that is fine - we can start the scoping call while you are still trialling.

Will my customers know they are not speaking to me?

Only if you tell them. We answer in your business name, use British English, and follow the script you set on the scoping call. To the customer it sounds like your office.

What if I only need help one week a month?

That is fine. Scopes can be ongoing or seasonal - some traders use us heavily in winter when call volume spikes and pause in summer. Pricing tracks the scope.

Can you handle Gas Safe or NICEIC paperwork?

Yes, for the registration and filing side. We do not sign off the work itself - that stays with you - but we handle the paperwork so it does not pile up.

How do I stop the service if it is not working?

Give us a month's notice and we hand everything back. Your CMA account stays yours, every client record stays in place, and the divert number comes off.
